Quality Policy
This Quality Policy is issued under the authority of the Anttela’s Managing Director. Since its foundation, Anttela has been meticulously looking out to provide quality services while continuously upgrading its technology, preserving the environment and taking extra safety measures.
In order to sustain and to preserve these standards we try:

• To maintain the MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 SAMM accreditation status.
• To abide by total quality principles.
• To evaluate the needs of our customers and to provide services that meets these needs.
• To continuously improve our services and to raise them above the customer expectations.
• To always have good working relationships with our customers.
• To maintain a safe and an unhazardous working environment for our personnel.
• To ensure all personnel concerned with testing activities within the laboratory and familiarize themselves with the quality documentation and implement the policies and procedures in their work.
• To uphold the principles of impartiality, integrity and confidentiality of customers.
• To ensure requirements of test standards are reviewed and documented.
• To maintain technical personnel’s competency through Interlab Comparison (ILC) or Intralab activities.

Quality Objective
This Quality Objective is issued under the authority of the Anttela’s Managing Director. To deliver innovative solutions to facilitate our customers’ success in the global market place. In doing so, Anttela will meet customer expectation by:

• Achieving 99% timely test report release within the time frame agreed by customer.
• Achieving Customer satisfaction minimum 25% feedback from total survey sent and achieving score of minimum average Grade B yearly.
• Achieving minimum 1 internal & external training per personnel per year.
• Maintaining the equipment traceability.
• Maintaining the suitable and competence external product and service providers and achieving score of minimum average Grade B yearly.
• Achieving Interlab Comparison result satisfactory with 2 other external labs and Intralab Comparison Testing satisfactorily competency level 50% and above.
• Achieving zero cases of breaching of ethical conduct and annually briefing on code of conduct to employees.

Located at the centre of the Northern Region in Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman, Anttela Laboratory is very close to the North-South and East-West Highways. It is 27 km from the North Butterworth Container Terminal and 45 km from Bayan Lepas International Airport. It is directly linked to the East-West Highway via a four-lane primary access road.
